Sprinkle a generous amount of Hebridean Horticultural into the dug soil area of the rootball to reduce stress, enhance nutrition. For a small tree up to 9 feet (3 metres) in height 100 - 300g of the granules should be adequate.

“We planted a number of imported specimen trees in 2000 to mark the Millenium. The supplier of the Italian pines said we would lose all of the needles in the first year, but not to worry as they would return in the next. The only thing we did differently was mix the Seagreens® into the soil when we back filled around the tree roots. I don't think we lost a single needle and the trees continued to flourish”
